SALISBURY:  Margaret Foran Ackley will present information about the basics of Medicare, including the different parts of the program, eligibility requirements and enrollment windows. The program, “Understanding Medicare” is an annual feature at the Scoville Memorial Library, designed to give individuals the ability to navigate through the somewhat complex choices this program provides during the annual enrollment period. If you are getting close to 65 it’s probably  the year to enroll. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about their coverage options and how to find coverage that best meets their health and financial needs. Each attendee will receive “Medicare Made Clear – Answer Guide,” an easy-to-use reference for understanding Medicare options and frequently used Medicare language. The program meets at the Scoville Memorial Library, in the Wardell Room, lower level.
